The best Realtor in the business, I just recently got into real estate and couldn’t of asked for a better realtor then Roy to help me. When you tell him what your looking for; he’s non stop searching, and he always has your best interest in mind as he won’t to try to push a deal if it’s not something that’s beneficial to his client. Never have I called and he hasn’t answered, I have recently purchased 2 properties with Roy and am so pleased with how he does things. I’m now looking at commercial real estate and am asking him to get his commercial license cause there is no one else I’d trust and feel more comfortable with running the deal then Roy.

has gone above and beyond what is expected of a relator. Being deployed made it difficult for me to rely on someone who understands my multifamily housing preferences, but Roy did. I would send Roy at least fifteen to twenty homes per week, and he would provide me with his honest judgment. From telling me about terrible foundation to the electrical issues, home requires a great deal of maintenance and the lack of parking (which is huge for me). At one point, he visited one of the homes and immediately called me to say, "Luis's home is clearly not for you." Then, when I finally found a home, Roy negotiated closing costs and necessary repairs, and the seller agreed to everything he suggested.

I am quite grateful to have been assigned Roy.
